In Nepal, we accept the following payment methods:

Payment Terms
1. Payment Requirement
- All payments must be made in full prior to booking any services. Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
2. No Refund Policy
- Kafal Care has a strict no refund policy. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, or dissatisfaction with services rendered.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated, and any decision regarding a refund or credit will be at the discretion of Kafal Care.
4. Account Cancellation
- Kafal Care reserves the right to cancel a customer’s account if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated rescheduling, fraudulent activities, or any behavior deemed inappropriate by Kafal Care.
5. Membership Benefits
- There will be no refunds on any membership benefits. All membership fees are final and non-refundable.
Transaction Process

- After selecting your desired services and proceeding to checkout, you will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method.
2. Payment Processing
- Once you select a payment method, you will be directed to the respective payment gateway to complete the transaction. Ensure that all payment details are entered accurately.

4. Failed Transactions
